Aquí dice lo de los clips blancos
Este es el hilo güeno!!
http://www.mx5oc.co.uk/forum/forums/t/24722.aspxHi Sand there is a guide for changing the fuel filter but for a mk1, I have a mk 2.5 they are totally different,
mk1 has spring clamps, mk2.5 has white clips that are inside the ends of the fuel pipes, I know how they come off I just can't get them off, so was wondering if anyone made up a tool for pressing in the two little white tabs.
I have a 2004 model MX5 where the tabs need to be squeezed from each side simultaneously to release the locking collar or retainer whatever it is called. I bought a set of four pairs of tweezers from the local pound shop, they are about 12 cm. in length and being cheap metal it was very easy to bend the tips at right angles about 4mm. to resemble a lobsters claws. I found them perfect to release the fuel pipe retainers. I found the best way was to compress the tabs inward then slide the retainer backward from the union. reassembly is of course simple, just line the tabs up, push in and check that they click into the registers. Hope that this is of some help to you.
